Located in the Royal Palm Estate, luxurious private enclave in Marrakech facing the Atlas Mountains, Villa Deliceya is one of the largest houses on the estate. Located in the middle of a 1 hectare garden, this house offers 7 bedrooms and a private clay tennis court.

 

The property consists of the main villa and a pavilion.

 

The villa, very spacious and bright, is decorated with care, combining sobriety, Moroccan touches and bright colours. You will find a large living room with fireplace and television, plus a dining room that can accommodate ten people. You will also find a TV lounge which doubles as a playroom for children, a kitchen with a cold room and 5 bedrooms. Among these 5 rooms, you will find 4 double rooms with private bathroom and a room for children, equipped with 6 bunk beds and a private bathroom.

All rooms in the villa are air conditioned.

 

In the pavilion, there is a sitting area, as well as a hammam, massage room and shower for your enjoyment. There are also two double bedrooms, air conditioned, with private bathroom.

Spaces specially designed for children await you outside the villa: outdoor games room, trampoline, shallow filtered pool where, if necessary, a protective barrier can be installed.
 

In front of the house stands the 20m heated pool (with pool cover), surrounded by sunbeds, and the second pool. You will also have at your disposal a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area located by the pool and a covered lounge area near the second pool.

 

The house gives you access to internet and WiFi, as well as a ping pong table.

 

The maintenance of the property and the preparation of meals is taken care of daily by a discreet and qualified team of house staff, and you will have the service vehicle of the house.

 

Note that despite the privileged location of the villa, it is only 15 minutes drive from the centre of Marrakech and you can, upon reservation with the concierge of the hotel, enjoy the many facilities of the area (golf, Clarins spa, tennis, restaurants...).
